By accessing or using the FMANHub mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers.
• Transmit any harmful code or malware.
• Engage in any activity that could harm or exploit other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FMAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

8. Dispute Resolution
